A frame has turned up which is part of a lot sold at ebay from a collector of 'interesting cycling memorabilia.'
Editor's comments:
1. 18080 is not a valid Hetchins frame number.
2. Only two frames were ever made with this lug set: one in 1948 for the Earls Court Show, the other in 2005. This frame and all others with similar lugs are fakes.
3. Only one frame was made in this time period (mid 1990s) with a mix of half-curly-half-Hellenic stays; this is not it.
