This curly Brilliant is owned by a collector in Japan. It was restored in Great Britain. Seat tube height is 22.5 inch(c-to-t).
The components include: Chater Lea head clip, bb and crank set; Dunlop 26x1-1/4 alloy rims, tires, and CL7 saddle; B&W front hub; SA K2 hub gear, period-correct changer on the handle bar; Reynolds twin-bolt stem, continental handle bars and seat pin; Webb pedals with unknown old toe clips; Bowden-Touriste brake set; Blumels short mud guard; Miller headlight.
