This lugless time trial frame was built at Jackson Cycles, Leeds, for a customer from the Southend shop. It features Oria tubing. These were in demand after Franco Moser won a race on a similarly designed bike. Donald Thomas (Jackson Cycles) reported that he recalled about six of these having been built, only one with Hetchins transfers.
