This 1952 Mag.Bonum was built in Tottenham and sent to a dealer for £16.06s.06d on 18 Aug. 1952.
The bicycle passed into the present owner's family in the 1960s and the frame was restored in 2010 by Argos of Bristol to its original color scheme of red with black panels. Chrome was added during the renovation.
The components include: wheels: Mavic Monthlery Route rims, Campagnolo Record hubs; chainset: Campagnolo Nuovo Record 48/44T with Campag NR BB; gears: Campagnolo Nuovo Record front and Gransport rear, downtube levers; brakes: GB Coureur '66 centre-pull with Suntour Superbe levers; stem/handle bar: Nitto randonneur, Brooks leather tape; saddle: Brooks Swift on Campagnolo Record seat pin.
